    Hi,

I am having problems setting up and configuring Google Site Kit. I followed another of the topics and installed the plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting and using the plugin I was able to setup properly analytics, GTM. However, when stopping Health Check I can’t see my dashboard nor any of the settings tabs. I always get this error:

“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

So from within Health Check I can do things but when it is disabled I can’t access Google Site Kit.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @mikewayman ,

Thanks for opening a support topic.

Do you see Site Kit dashboard while logged-in from another administrator user account (you can create one for testing purposes). You can setup Site Kit by using second admin account, you don’t need to connect other services, just connect Site Kit using a separate Google account.

Also it’d be great if you can share Site Health information via form privately so we can inspect your setup.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

I just sent the information requested. Many Thanks. :=)

    Hello @mikewayman ,

    Thanks for sharing the information.

By inspecting Site Health information I can’t spot anything that can be related to Site Kit access.

To locate the exact conflicted plugin/theme can you please disable the plugins one by one & check the Site Kit dashboard on each turn? Also switch the theme to default Twenty theme.

This is a temporary activity to locate the root cause & after that you can enable all the plugins along with the theme you are using.

    Best Regards,
