I’m trying to migrate from Atomic Blocks, and I’m getting the “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” error. I’ve tried deactivating all plugins, and that didn’t work. Also didn’t work to use a different theme. Any ideas?

  • @korywoodard I usually see that screen if I already have Genesis Blocks installed and activated on the site. Try manually updating Genesis Blocks in Plugins > Installed Plugins and skipping this step in the migration process altogether.

That was a good idea. I tried deactivating and uninstalling the plugin and tried again with no luck. Once I click the “Install and Migrate” button it directs me to the error page, regardless of if the plugin was already installed or not.

    I’m sorry that happened again.

Can you try manually installing the latest version of Genesis Blocks (or updating to it) and then go directly to the Genesis Blocks migration page?

To access that page directly, add this to the end of your url:

    ?genesis-blocks-migrate=1

    For example, yourdomain.com/wp-admin/?genesis-blocks-migrate=1
