    Both test and live mode throw this error after I submit the CC data at checkout.

    I have googled and found several people with the same problem, but their support request forum topics did not help me resolve mine.

    After 3 days of frustration I’m ready to give up and stick with PayPal which actually WORKS.

    I’ll give it one more chance right here, let’s see if this can be fixed at all.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind enabling the logging for Stripe for us? Head to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe, and enable Logging (if it is not already enabled)

    Next, please try to make a test order to generate logs.

    After that, please check WooCommerce > Status > Logs, select the latest Stripe from the dropdown at the top right, and click “View”. Then copy the log into your response here so we can see if there are any errors that might help us in troubleshooting the issue.

    Hi Ross,
    did you make changes to the plugin to fix something? I tried again today and now it works. It did not work yesterday and before that.

    Interesting! Stripe hasn’t been changed in the last few days, so nothing was done on our end. Glad to hear it’s working now, though! You may want to keep logging enabled for a bit; if it happens again, logs will be helpful.
