    Hello.
    the check out process has not worked since last month.
    When customers fill the credit card info and click “Place order”,
    the error massage appears on the top of the page; it says ” Sorry, we are unable to process your payment at this time. Please retry later.”
    This error happened suddenly even though it worked normally until then.
    I wonder it might because I updated this plugin or not.

    I use;
    WooCommerce : version 3.3.5
    WooCommerce For Japan : version 1.2.19
    WooCommerce Stripe gateway : version 4.1.0
    WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping : version 5.2.0

    I use woocommerce all in Japananese.

    Have you tried deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe and also change the theme to a WP default theme?

    I tried deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe gateway, but it still doesn’t work.

    I am using a child-theme of twenty-seventeen.
    Do you mean I need to use the default theme of twenty-seventeen?
    Sorry, but I don’t know the technical things so much.

    If you want, turn all plugins off except WooCommerce and Stripe. Then turn on test mode. Let me know once you have done that I will take a look at your site.

    I turned off all plugins except woocommerce and stripe and turned on test mode.

    You need to turn off your shipping as well to test. And it seems you still have some plugins enabled? Something with passwords?

    Sorry, I put a wrong test key on stripe. I just put the correct one.
    I have deactivated “WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping” as well.
    Other plugins are all invalid now.
    Only WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe gateway are now activated.

    I changed the setting of shipping method.
    Could you try again?

    I tried again, but the shipping cost seems valid. It’s said 送料無料(=shipping cost free).
    Sorry for bothering you. It’s pleasured to check once again.

    Its still not working for me. So you can test this yourself. If you’re in test mode, just go through the checkout and if it works then you know it is related to one of your plugins.

    Could you try again with below shipping address?

    Country : Japan
    Street address : Nishi-Shinjuku 2-8-1
    Zip code : 1638001
    Prefecture : Tokyo
    City: Shinjuku-ku

    I tried with above address, but the same error occurs.
    It says “Sorry, we are unable to process your payment at this time. Please retry later.”

    Its better if you follow the steps I asked. Turn all plugins off no exceptions. Then turn on only WooCommerce and Stripe. There should only be 2 plugins active. Then switch your theme to a WP default theme like TwentySeventeen. Turn shipping off completely. Then test your checkout again.
