• I am sorry to say, but I found this plugin’s design capabilities awkward. The design required you to select a template as the frame work for your popup design. Customization then is essential as these templates are generic and will probably not suit your branding.

Fine. But then customising the template is a difficult process. I tried to input my own image and copy as the type face positioning through their interface was uncontrollable (or incomprehensible). My png file bumped their subscriber input fields to resize inexplicably. And that is just maybe the point. Presumably Supsystic have their reasons for a framework, but then not to explain the paramaters through their support documents is annoying. Suspsystic are not alone this way. Many of the plugins I work with could use a technical writers to write guides.

I bought this plugin for its IP targeting (countries). But publishing artwork you like or represents your brand is equally important.

The point here is to give Supsystic feedback and push them to improve their gear. I will say this. While i have my gripes with the Plugin Sypsystic have been very supportive and helpful and that goes a long way as solving problems is the goal of support. I use the Plugin, it has a lot of features. Maybe my frustration is down to my own inabilities – I need to know more html, css and a thousand other things….. or hire someone.

    Hello @matthewrd
I agree with you, and more over – fully WYSIWYG editor – is next step of our plugin development. But for now – you can customize any PopUp template for your needs – just by editing it’s settings, CSS and HTML in CSS / HTML Editor in PopUp edit screen. To accomplish such tasks – we always provde help to our users. Just send message to our internal support system here https://supsystic.com/contact-us/ , describe what exactly you need to be done – and we will do this for you.

Thanks for your candid reply. I would also encourage you to produce a thorough documentation or user-guide. I cannot say how many pieces of software I have encountered with sub-par guides, or non-existent guides. Think of it as a way to gain a competitive edge, much as you do with good support.

    Hello, @matthewrd.

As I understand, we partially resolved mentioned issues. Can I ask you to change our plugin rate from one star?
