    Thanks for your response Brian!

    I am working on a site that I inherited from another developer… the license of the Events Pro purchased has a valid license, but your site doesn’t let me use it to login to your PREMIUM support system.

    so, how I have a valid active license key of your product, but how do I create a login to your event site?

    Also, your site leads me to FREE support here… that’s why I posted here.

    Please Brian,

    This is very frustrating! I am trying to access your PREMIUM support forums because I have a VALID and ACTIVE license key for Events Pro.

    But your site doesn’t allow me to register with the LICENSE.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    When you made the original purchase you also made an account on TheEventsCalendar.com. I tried to look up the account but I couldn’t find one. Can you please fill out our contact form with any additional information on possible usernames or passwords? We’ll follow up with you there to help get you into the forums.
