    Hi,

I am using WordPress v5.2, Woocommerce v3.6.2, Directory Pro v1.2.42 and Restrict Content Pro v3.0.8 plugins. I received “Sorry, this product cannot be purchased” when I try to add listing through the free plan from front-end with a non-admin user account (Admin side works fine).
I have tried to register through the Free plan of RCP plugin as a non-admin user and set the price from 0.00 to empty in the admin dashboard, but, none of them works. the guest checkout on Woocommerce and Directory Pro are both set to allow, but, the error is still there. I’ve contacted to Directory Pro support and they ask me to contact to Woocommerce support as this issue is coming from Woocommerce plugin.

I will appreciate your advice on this. Thank you.

    Hi there @fm20201

“Sorry, this product cannot be purchased”

That message is from WooCommerce so there will be something within that product which is causing it not to be able to be purchased, the message is here in the WooCommerce code –
    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/3936518e6422dd012a3acd931d04622476e93eec/includes/class-wc-cart.php#L1047

What I’d recommend testing is creating a simple product in WooCommerce and trying to purchase that, if you can, look for any settings in the RCP plugin to see if you are restricting the purchase somehow.

I hope this helps, have a great day!

    Thanks,

    Hi Dougaitken,

Thank you for your reply, helpful. But, It was setting issue in Add Product within WooCommerce, The free plan was set to empty. I’ve changed the price to 0.00 and it solved. Hope this helps to others too.

    Thanks again.
