I’ve not seen that message before in WordPress – I’m guessing it is probably cause by a plugin.

Can you ftp to your plugins directory & list which plugins are in there? – I guess you can’t login to see which ones are active.

I found I used butterfly_lovers theme and which include membership plugin. But I didn’t activate it if I remember it correctly. The other plugins I found are akismet, allinoneseo pack, kstat-reloaded, membership, hello.php, index.php.
Should I remove that membership plugin? thanks.

I’m having this problem and I’m using the https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/membership plugin.

I did an idiot move in testing the plug in and removed all test members so no I can’t get into the backend at all.

I have no idea how to remove the plugin from the cpanel.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

mvanorshoven, you should have started a new thread for your issue rather than taking someone else’s thread off at a tangent. In any case you need to go to wpmudev for support for their paid plugin.
