It appears this is a temporary inconvenience. The two problem pages that I linked to above are now working, so I added the gallery code to a new page and that page is throwing the same error.

I can only assume that this has something to do with the API and takes some time to start working properly on each page I add the gallery to?

Well, ultimately I had to ditch this plugin. Despite what I said in my last post, the “Sorry, there was an error loading next page” keeps showing up with no apparent rhyme or reason. Shame too, it’s a nice plugin when it works as it should.

We actually don’t have any “popup” alerts/messages at all with our plugin. Furthermore, our plugin doesn’t output that phrase at all: “Sorry…”

The issue could have been a conflict with some other plugin interfering, especially since you say that the error isn’t consistent.

I am having this same issue. Here is a link to the site:

    https://www.ahcpsales.com/pre-recorded-training-videos/

If I am connected to a VPN to my office, the issue doesn’t occur, but if I am not connected to the VPN, then it happens. You should be able to easily see the issue since you aren’t connected to my VPN.

The issue happens in IE, Firefox, and Chrome. In at least one browser the Next button doesn’t work, and videos besides the main video don’t play.

There’s something on your site that is blocking Ajax.

It is likely due to one of these reasons: it’s likely the result of one of these reasons: https://docs.easydigitaldownloads.com/article/201-admin-ajax-blocked

Further, if it’s a security plugin you have that’s causing the Ajax blocking, then see if the plugin has an option that allows you to allow Ajax.

    Hello,

i got the same problem as mentioned above. I embeded my channel (https://www.ok-weinstrasse.de/sender/mediathek/) and by clicking on the forward-button i’ll get that error. I have already disable all other plugins and checked the AJAX-Settings. Still not working.

When i change some settings in YT-Control, the plugin will change the site writing just a zero and not displaying any videos.
