    My client is having issues on their site in where they get the following error when trying to process an order.

    Sorry there was an error, Authentication Failed

    Nothing has changed other than regular updates to plugins. Trying to figure out where to begin troubleshooting this issue.

    Hello, we definitely are supporting this plugin and updating it regularly. Our customers typically directly email us for support. I will reply to you via email now. “Authentication Failed” means the API credentials being used are not valid.

    Thank you for the quick reply.

    So does this mean the client needs to get new API credentials? Why would they all of sudden not work?
