    Hello,

    I am still getting this error: Sorry! There is an error in your geocode IP address settings. Please check the token.

    Could you please tell me, what’s wrong? The form works for a while, then the error appears again. Lastly a downgrade to 5.15 helped. Now not helping at all.

    Is it something with settings? It is impossible to check every now and then if the form is working.

    Hello there,

    It seems like you have configured Geo Location Provider token on global settings as shown in the screenshot. Please make sure that the token is correct, you may try replacing the token to a new one.

    Thank you. I don’t have any token, I don’t even want tu use this feature, but there is no possibility to switch it off (ipinfo.io is the only choice – I cannot “unchoose” it). I have Disable IP Logging?ON – so it should be disabled…

    It appeared with some update in the past and since then I have regular problems with the form not working.

    How can I switch it off, please? Thanks

    Hello @misasaaa,

    It seems like you have configured form restriction as shown in the screenshot. This requires a valid token from ipinfo.io. Please make sure that you are using a valid token or you can disable the option from individual form settings.
