    Hello,

I have a problem with my website.

When I want to edit an article with Elementor, the following message appears: “Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You need to call the “the_content” function in the current template for Elementor to work on this page.”

I use Elementor + Elementor Pro + child theme.

When I desactivate Redux Framework, the error disappears, but the display no longer corresponds to my child theme.

    Please can you help me?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It’s not a Redux error. Most times when Redux is disabled, it’s disabling some function in the theme (as indicated by the words ‘template’ and ‘the_content’ which are used in theme templates) that uses Elementor. We do not support themes that use Redux nor we we have access to them. You’ll need to contact the theme author for support.

    Good luck.
