Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.

    I’m creating a custom password recovery page and when a user clicks on the reset password link in their email, they are getting hit with “Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.”

    Has anyone run into this issue while creating a custom recovery page template?

    Can you share any of your code? How are you generating the reset email – do you know that a valid reset key is being created?
