“Sorry something went wrong with the server please try again” Error Message

    Hey There,

    On click these images are supposed to activate the 3D Flipbook (Which has been working up until today). Is there a reason that this is no longer working and what does this error message mean about the server? Is it my server or your server? Please let me know when you can.

    Hi,

    I am also experiencing this problem. We’ve recently migrated our website to a new hos (from WP Engine to Kinsta) and with it, a new version of WordPress (4.9.9 to 5.0.3). I installed 3D Flipbook, and am getting the above error message when trying to modify any of our existing flipbooks, or creating new ones.

    Please let me know what I can do to resolve this. Thank you!

    If you change domain – there are some serialization issues.
    Anyway debugging required: have a look at things that were changed.
