When I originally set it up it worked then come back to it a day later its not working.

I have a number of plugins running but have disable and re-enabled them and it still doesn’t work. The site is currently being built/tested so can provide the login details for you to have a look if needs be.

Yes it doesn’t seem to be working. I have tried removing the plugin and using normal shipping methods of flat rate and free shipping but it still brings the same msg

It seems the issue is not related to the Weight Based Shipping plugin itself. It looks like something went wrong with WooCommerce settings. The only solution I can suggest is to reinstall it from scratch (on a clean database). It’s not very suitable though if you already have real data.

Did you try to get support on WooCommerce appropriate forum?

I’m encountering no available shipping method
I’ve checked the forums for similar issue but I have put all accordingly, My product has weight also

Sorry Man, I just figured it out, my Item was not able to meet the minimum weight I put, so I put Min Weight = 0 / disable, . Thanks again. Keep this plugin running because this is awesome. Thanks
