    hi there,
First of all i would like to thank you for this great plugin, hope i will be able to use it.

no matter what i do i keep getting the “No data so far” message.
i have try to take several steps:

    1. i cleared my website hosting cache as well as the WPP cache

    2. as i’m using WPML i ahve try to disable it after i did that i de activated and reactivated WPP

    3. i have deleted the plugin and re-installed it via the wordpress plugin section (not with ftp of my own copy of WPP)

4.* on my local server (using xampp) it is working fine, but when i have uploaded it to my godaddy account problem started.

it will be reeally great if you can assist me here as i would really like to use this great plugin on my site.

    thank you!!! ??

    Hi there!

AFAIK GoDaddy enforces the use of Data Sampling on every WordPress site hosted there, which basically means that WPP won’t register every single visit but just a subset of them (default sampling rate is 1 every 100 views, you’ll want to adjust that to a lower value if your site doesn’t get that many visitors just yet).

but i have chosen (for testing) to display all posts from all dates….
not from a spesific date range (24 hours, week…)

    OK,
so in WPP tools section have also changed the data sampling from 100 to 1 but it didnt help…
but when i cleared server cache it started working ??

    thank you!!!!:)

That’s because the cached version of the site was still using the “old” sampling rate value (100 by default). When you cleared the cache, the tracking script was refreshed and now uses the new sampling rate value ??

    Anyways, enjoy the plugin!
