    Hi there!

Just checked your site. All calls to admin-ajax.php are triggering 404 Not Found errors (screen capture). It either means that the admin-ajax.php file has been deleted from your server, or that a script is blocking all Ajax calls.

IMO it’s unlikely that updating your theme caused this, so please try disabling all of your plugins (except for WPP), then visit one of your posts using a different browser and see if the visit is registered by the plugin – if it did register your visit, then one of your plugins is the culprit; if it still doesn’t register any visits, then chances are that the admin-ajax.php file is indeed missing.

    where should admin-ajax.php be?

That file resides in the wp-admin folder.

It was the IP GEO Block plugin that blocked access to admin-ajax.php
