Really sorry to say that i had to delete Tidio though i loved it very much
i deactivated the Swift performance plugin and uploaded Tidio directly from wordpress plugin AND ALSO tried Tidio ZIP file but didnt work — the moment i activate swift performance its goes hidden
and support team is gone now — thanks for that
But the 5 star rating is for you — coz when i first used it after deactivating Swift i simply fell in love with Tidio
