“SOrry File not Found” When Trying to View Uploaded Image or File

I am able to uploade image and other files, but when I click on the image thumbnail to see the bigger image or the file to download, I get “Sorry File not Found” despite the fact the file is there.

I have a static page as my start page and the post showing in another page, but even when I use the wordpress defaults, this happens.

I don’t have an image.php file or a attachemnt.php file and from what I can tell, no where is there anything calling for the attachments. The problem is that i don’t know how to add this stuff.

If it helps I am using WP_Priemum theme but I have modified it significantly.
