Sorry but Yeah 1 star

  • It was looking good until the update just caused issue after issue. I sent in a support request and got a reply. Then sent the requested info. Then nothing. Nada. So I posted the problem to the forum and no answers. Nothing. My client was getting quite upset.

    Switched to contact form 7 – back up and running with 3 forms in 10 minutes and no problems.

    Ninja has a lot of razzle dazzle but not so much under the hood. Throwing a Lambo body on a Pacer still, makes it a Pacer.

    Do you have a ticket number from the email you received from us? We definitely want to look into this and find out why you had such a bad support experience. I’m really sorry for the trouble you’ve had and we’d love to make it right if we can.
