    Are you sure it’s this plugin? It displays when and only when this plugin is active. Have you tried deactivating all other plugins and trying on a standard stock theme.

    That sounds strange. Can you add a screenshot?

    Oh, it looks like your greenhouse account may not be set up to display the job board properly. Looks like you’re loading in the iframe version here? Looks like greenhouse 404 page is returning for the job board or something, is the job board active and saved and live?

    The job board is showing correctly on top of that section. But it’s on a private beta site that I can’t share here.

    Here is the error that is showing

    I think the problem is the <!DOCTYPE there

    Oh, so it looks like your api might not be set up correctly. Did you enter your token and api key into the settings. I imagine that it’s returning a 404 or something and that’s why you’re getting an html doctype there, it should be returning json.

    What does the api return for you? All our tests here where the api is set up correctly have it placing the json data in that spot you referenced.

    It returns an HTML, not a JSON. we are using the shortcode for the plugin, its like it is trying to bring the jobs page into the iframe.

    Check your greenhouse settings: https://app.greenhouse.io/jobboard go to developer settings for you board and check out those settings…

    There is one options named: “Auto-load (disable for Single-Page Applications)” that says:
    “If your site is a Single-Page App, or you would otherwise like to prevent the board from being loaded on window.onload, tick this box”

    Make sure that’s not checked.

    I have tried disabling that, and the job list don’t load anymore, I do still see the same error.
