• How does one go about getting the message “Sorry but this item is currently unavailable.” when setting up a product template on WordPress utilizing your plugin? If there is a product available, everything works as expected… but if there is no inventory, the cart button disappears and there is not the same messaging that occurs on the BigCommerce site for this client.

    thank you,
    Ron

Hmm, I am not sure if this is what is happening to you — but could you verify if this is only happening while you’re logged into the WordPress storefront as admin?

I verify that this happens in a completely different browser without me logged in as an Admin. I am using Beaver Builder and Beaver Themer to create the page layout. This happens on the listing page and it happens on the product detail page.

Please let me know how I can help you,

So what’s happening is that, when you have 0 inventory for a product, it is not able to be added to cart (add to cart button is gone) and you get the “Sorry this product is unavailable” messaging. And you are wanting to know how to prevent these two things, correct? Meaning you want it to be able to be added to cart when 0 inventory?

Please let me know if any of this is incorrect.

That is incorrect. I am not getting the message “Sorry this product is unavailable” when a product is at 0 inventory. I do want that message to show.
