Pay attention to the list of songs in WordPress, each of them includes an ID in the first column. Please, remember the ID of the song you want insert in the post or page. Now, go to your post or page, and press the icon for inserting a particular product (look the icon in the following image https://ps.w.org/music-store/assets/screenshot-06.jpg?rev=971740), the action displays a new popup window for entering the song ID (https://ps.w.org/music-store/assets/screenshot-08.jpg?rev=971740), enter the number and press the “OK” button.

Another option is to insert the shortcode directly in the content of page or post. For example, if the song’s ID is 34, the shortcode would be:

[music_store_product id=”34″]

There are two layouts applied to the songs, the reduced layout, used in pages with multiple entries (like the store’s page), and the extended layout, used in the particular pages of songs. If you inserts the shortcode in the page or post, the song uses by default the reduced layout, but if you want load the extended layout visit the following link:

Specifically the question:

I’ve inserted a shortcode to insert a particular song in a page; but it is loading with the same layout that the songs in the store. Can be loaded the song or collection with all fields, with the layout used in the particular page of the product?

I’d like to know if it’s possible to have a person download 2 songs with purchase. Example people may buy a mp3 but i also send the ogg. Thx in advance

In the current version of the plugin there are two ways to do it:

– Assigns to the product, as the audio file for selling, a zipped file with both audio files, and a mp3 file for demo.

– Another solution, but with the pro version of the plugin, is creating a different product for each song format, one for the mp3 and another for the ogg, but untick the option: “sell as a single” in these products, and then for each pair of song products, creates a collection. The collections have assigned a price for selling. And finally, uses in the store’s shortcode the attribute: load=”collections”, for example: [music_store load=”collections”]. With this attribute in the shortcode the store will display only the collections and not the single songs.
