Sonar display issues in Chrome & Droid browser

The site https://www.brooks-malone.com looks good in Firefox, but has some display issues in Chrome and on my android phone browser.

On the phone, it appears the main content column has been split in two with the content forced into the leftmost column.

In Chrome on my PC, the menu bar and title/subtitle text wrap unpleasantly. And the blue background bar (a repeating graphic) is not tall enough to extend down behind the white columns like it does in Firefox.

I would appreciate any help or advice on getting this fixed for my friends I built the site for. Thank you.
