Somthing Went Wrong issue “POST: Error 404”

Are you able to provide a link to the page with the issue?

Have you checked for a plugin conflict?

Are your plugins/theme/WP up to date?

Are you using a plugin for the quizzes?

Have you tried disabling plugins and reenabling them to see which one might be causing the problem?

you can access the quiz section by following the steps below:
1. Login(Test account) to https://cityacademy.sg/
(Username : [email protected], password: [email protected])

2. Proceed to https://www.cityacademy.sg/quizes/assurance-mock-exam-2/
(just copy the link will do after login in)

The error occurs randomly as sometimes you can proceed to start the quiz and sometimes the error appears. (Please refresh the page till you get to the error)

I have checked the Plugins/theme/wp is all up to date.

Currently I am checking on the plugins by disabling and renabling it.

@ryangoh I have logged in, and was able to get the error one time. What are you using for the quiz? Is it a plugin, built into the theme?

It does seem to be a time out error.

for the built into the theme i am not quite sure about that.
