Sometimes works sometimes not

  • Dear Developers,

    I really like your plugin, it gives extras for any shop, thank you for your work.

    We have started to use it in a shop a few months ago, and it worked well. Now we have added it to some other products, but as we activate the options block the product can’t be put in the cart. As you click on the “add to cart” button, it loads a bit, and then nothing happens. Even if you don’t choose the option, you can’t buy the product.

    Meanwhile the same option block works well with other product categories.

    (I have only turned on the option for this one product for testing, but other products in the same category can’t be bought as well if we turn on the product addon block.)

    I have tried to turn off/on the cache plugin, and other plugins as well. I have checked every option on the product pages, and no difference. I have turned on the debug mode, but no problem has occured. Every plugin and theme is fresh.

    Please help me find the solution, as your plugin is very useful, and we would like to continue to use it.

    I checked in the following link

    I checked and seems the add to cart is loaded in ajax, for this reason the addons are not working. In the other product it makes the normal add to cart and I think for this reason it’s working fine.

    Could you make a test and see if you can disable the ajax add to cart on product pages.

    I have tried to disable the Ajax cart only on that page (with Code Snippet and some php snippet from BusinessBloomer), but it hasn’t worked.

    Finally I disabled the Ajax cart on the whole page.

    Now it looks like it works.

    I hope there won’t be any problem with the mini-cart, and other extras on the page, we will check it.

    Is there any php snippet you recommend that can disable the Ajax cart? (Injected with plugin, to only specific pages?) Just in case this method brakes any other functionallity?

    Hi there,

    unfortunately I can’t provide you a workaround since the add to cart in ajax is not a feature provided by us, you should contact developers of what’s managing it, I don’t know if your theme or one of your plugins.

    We remain at your disposal.
