Sometimes the write post toolbar is buttons, sometimes blocks

Hi,

You know that toolbar write under where you put the post title?

For me, sometimes it’s the little images, but sometimes it’s just rectangles with the name of the function.

This is during the same login session, btw. LIke if I wrote a post, managed a page, etc.

BTW I just deleted:
import*.php
install*.php
upgrade*.php
wp-register.php

Also I’m on firefox, if that matters.

What’s up with my posting toolbar?
