Sometimes the video does not appear

  • Hello, I’m using Elementor and have added a shortcode with video:

    <video class="video" autoplay muted loop playsinline>
  <source src="https://vondiklo.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Luxivite.mp4" type="video/mp4" />
</video>

    ?Video is compressed and I have good hosting provider.
    The problem is that sometimes the video does not appear and there is a white space instead of video. Especially if I will change Chrome profile (ant tab) to another, then on first/second visit video can not appear, but after refresh it appears. Why sometimes video not appear and there is a white space? What can I do in this case?

    I tried adding the custom code you provided to my test website using the Elementor HTML widget. However, I did not encounter the issue you mentioned.

    Could you please provide us with the website URL and a screen recording showing the steps you took to add the code to your website? This will help us further investigate the issue. You can use a tool such as loom.com to record your screen.
