Sometimes the quota without taxes arrives

  • It doesn’t always happen to me, but sometimes the quota without taxes arrives.

    I have not found out what it is.

    has this ever happened to anyone?

    Hi! I haven’t experienced this myself nor anybody has reported that – but you could go and check the Tax settings in WooCommerce if you don’t have any exceptions etc.

    Reviewing with the client, I have seen that he had an inconsistency in the taxes.

    He had within the same “standard” tax type two taxes “21% and 4%” assigned with a priority of 1

    I think this was what returned the unexpected error and even came with zero tax

    Hi, the taxes are handed by WooCommerce itself. The plugin uses a “fee” functionality. However – are you able to find more details on the unexpected error so I can have a look?
