Sometimes the placeholder is displayed instead of the video

Hello,
The issue is due to the script failing to create a video thumbnail because the video is not completely loaded. When you reload the page, the video loads from the browser cache, allowing the script to successfully generate the thumbnail. However, when you open the page in an incognito window, it may take longer for the video to load completely, depending on your server and internet speed.

To prevent this, I’ve provided a custom video thumbnail option in the plugin settings page.

I found your setting and I ve upload an image as a thumnail image.

The image is shown in the pictures, but I still in incognito I can’t play it. See my img:
