    Hi,
I have a problem with your plugin.
Sometimes the feed generation crashes. It only starts further after a manual start. It does not happen always, only every few days. I have the option “Automatically try regenerating feeds that are failed”. Plugin v1.39.0, WordPress v5.9.2, WC v6.2.2, PHP v7.3.22

    Hi @siutek,

    Sorry for my late reply.

Could you try to increase the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT on your server and see if that improves the stability of the feed generation?

    Hello @siutek,

Where you able to try the increase of your WP_MEMORY_LIMIT setting? Did that help?

    Hi @michel-jongbloed,
I just increased WP_MEMORY_LIMIT from 96M to 256M, we’ll see if that makes a difference.
    I also have WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT set to 4628M.

Does your plugin generate feed on the frontend or backend side?

    Great, let’s see what happens.

It generates feeds on the backend side.

    Hi @siutek,

How is it going? Do you think increasing the memory limit stabilized the situation?

    Hi @michel-jongbloed,
    unfortunately it didn’t help ??
but I bought the pro version, reconfigured it and am watching.

Ok, hope that solves the issue. Let’s wait a bit and see.

    Hi @michel-jongbloed
unfortunately the changes did not help.
The paid version of the plugin also crashes. I have no idea how to deal with this problem ??

    @siutek,

That’s not good. But what exactly do you mean by “the plugin crashes”. Does the page of the plugin give an error message (if so what is the message) or does opening a plugin page crash your server?

Could you please check for error log files in any of the following places:

    1) On the WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs page
    2) In the ‘wp-content’ folder on your server
    3) In the ‘wp-content/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager’ folder on your server.

If you can not find any error.log file, but do have a development or test server, please switch your test server to the debug mode, perform the action again and check all four places again for an error log file.

More information about switching to the debug mode can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9RWnuHqEC4I

If you find any error logging file, please send it to michel @ wpmarketingrobot.com referring to this topic.

The point is that automatically generating a Feed is inefficient for some reason. An error appears and i have to run the feed generation manually.

I’m about to write to the support of the paid version of the plugin, after logging into my account….

Yes, that’s ok. I’ll close this topic then and we will continue the investigation on the support channel.
