Sometimes PDF sends empty

    Problem is that sometimes customers receiving empty PDF’s, sometimes its OK, sometimes its empty, how to find where’s the problem? I mean:
    First mail for example good, then when resend, it appears empty, then again when resend it can be empty or OK. Im trying it becouse some times users at first mail from shop getting empty PDF.

    FYI what i have done till now:
    Updated plugin from envato (latest update);
    Updated html template from your ‘import template”.
