    When publicizing the attached link, the image (logo) was not shown on my feed at all on LinkedIn. This has happened quite frequently the last couple of months.

    OpenGraph-code from the post:

    <meta property='og:image' content='https://helijobs.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/CHL-199x112-1-199x112-1-199x112-1-199x112-1.png'/>
    <meta property='og:image:width' content='199'/>
    <meta property='og:image:height' content='199'/>

    Note: LinkedIn prefers a maximum of 200×200 to show a small icon to the left of the post. This is important for my users, because I publish up to 20 posts per day. A big image is not an option. There are no errors in the console of Chrome’s developer tools

    This post, however, was published with a small icon in LI: https://helijobs.net/2019/04/r44-tour-charter-pilot-australia-2/

    What I have done:

      Reconnected (multiple times) LinkedIn to Jetpack
      Changed to different image sizes
      Read through FAQs and this forum for other users having the same issue
      Checked that the same posts on Facebook is working perfectly

    Could this have anything to do with the length of the URI? An uneducated guess. Or could this be a LinkedIn-issue that came after they moved to the new API?

    Your logo is 199×59, just 1 pixel below LinkedIn’s preferred 200×200.

    Try uploading a new version of the logo that is at least 200 pixels wide, personally I shoot for double the minimum (400 pixels wide).

    If that doesn’t work, try cropping a square logo (maybe just the NT part) to satisfy at least the full 200×200 recommendation.

    @macmanx I don’t think that has to do with the problem. Above 200 the preview image becomes large. 200 and below will give a small image to the left of the post.

    My problem is that the image sometimes doesn’t show.

    LinkedIn specifically recommends 200×200, anything below and they may not include it.

    Your image is currently 199×59.

    @macmanx Ok, I’ll add a pixel and see what happens. Would be fun if it works. I’ll let you know.
