[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] sometimes nothing shows up but texts

    Hi,

    I have installed the plugin nextgen-gallery, created 2 albums, 2 gallery and uploaded 2 photos.

    I also added the codes [album=1,compact][album=2,compact] in a page.

    However, the behavior of the plugin is strange. Sometimes the albums show up, but then when i click on the albums, the next page will only show the text “[album=1,compact][album=2,compact]”

    Sometimes, the albums are even not showing up. (9 out of 10 times)
    Only it only shows the text “[album=1,compact][album=2,compact]”

    Can you please help me to see what caused the problem?

    since short codes are not working on my site,

    can i use call some php functions to accomplish the same thing as using short codes [album] or [gallery]?

    have you the same behaviour when you switch to the default theme and disable all other plugins ?

    one of my plugin was the cause of this problem.
