    Hi Carsten.

Sorry to hear that, but your issue is probably not related with the one on the support ticket you are linking. Since the modal is working properly on all our tests (with 4 different browsers).

Since we are not able to replicate the issue you are mentioning we would need an URL to inspect it.

Hi Nahuai, thanks for getting back to me.

Can you explain about why there is a hashtag in the login, and whether or not it is created by Modal login?

    Thanks!

    Hi Carsten.

The #login is used to capture it with JavaScript and display the modal login.
So it’s normal that you see it on the URL after clicking the login element.
The problem you mentioned is not related with that.

Hi Nahuai, thanks for the clarification about the #login hashtag.

I’m using a plugin called ‘WPS Hide Login’ to hide and change the wp-login url to login.

Du you have any solutions or suggestions to hide and change wp-login url to login?

I mean, no reason to reveal which CMS you use for your site.

    Regards
    Carsten

    Hi Carsten.

I usually focus more on other security settings (on hosting level, number of attempts…).

In any case, you can use the plugin you mention together with OML.

If you don’t have more details to solve the ticket, we can marked as solved, right?
