Sometimes download link not sent in emails

    I’ve been using your excellent plugin with no problems, except one. Sometimes, emails are getting sent with no product information or download link.

    The same sales page is resulting in emails sometimes including links and at other times not. The error happens about 5-10% of the time, but is enough to disgruntle customers. Then I have to manually send them the link and apologize, of course.

    Since this error happens randomly and infrequently, I’m unable to reproduce it for debugging. It is happening on all of my sales pages, not just one.

    Hi tapeasy do you have a cache plugin installed?

    Does the shortcode you showed above have that space at the end as follow /mysecretpage/” ]? If id does can you make sure that you remove the space so it looks like this /mysecretpage/”]
