    I’ve been using this for a little while now, and really enjoyed it, but every now and then, when a customer purchases something, what they put in the extra boxes doesn’t show up on the order statement. I think it’s something to do with the type of Paypal payment, but it still shouldn’t affect that. Any ideas on how to stop that happening?

    I figured out why it wasn’t working – It used to be that if you clicked the “Add to cart” button, it would stop and make you fill in the options, but doesn’t seem to do that anymore. I changed the button to go to the product instead of adding it to cart. Thanks for the support nevertheless

    After a while of waiting, it seems that it is actually doing it again, which sucks. I’ve double checked that it’s not the same problem, definitely isn’t. If you need an admin account or anything to check, just say.

    Hi,
    I am having the same issue. I have the latest free version, and just started using it. The selection (color of ink in my case) is not showing on any order information and not going to Paypal or shipstation. Please help! I dont want to buy new update version in case this doesnt work.
