due to this bug I replaced the plugin Magee Shortcodes with Shortcodes Ultimate at all my sites and have no problems any more.
I reported the problem to 1.9.4, but I just checked on the test site with v1.9.5 – look like animation works.
if I find a mistake – I will tell you.

upd: bugs with section #15 and b-g video are present in v.1.9.5.
