Something wrong with wpforo post

I use EmbedPress to try embed video, maps to the forum post (based on Wpforo Forum plugin).
When embed the link in editor, everything seem ok!
In this example, I embed a Gmaps link

But when I publish the post to forum, something went wrong with the embed.
Even the embedded part does not appear when published. And right after this line appear:
[/embed]” target=”_blank” rel=”nofollow”>
all content after that were shown like a mess. same with non-css.
I think it have something wrong with code, maybe it lost any comma, slash…for an example…

Need a help from dev!
