Something wrong with the latest version (3.4.1.7)

    1. If i’m using the latest version Smart Slider 3 (3.4.1.7), then refresh the website more than 3 times, the slider will vanish/not showing. I tried to check the error using console it will showing this :

    2) But if i tried using the previous version 3.3.28 on the other website (more than 5 different domains), even i refresh the website 5 times, 6 times .. the slider will show

    Either website number 1 and 2 have the same environment, using cache plugin, but the problems only with the latest version, so i rolled back to 3.3.28 for the rest but still using the 3.4.1.7 for you to check.

    So what’s happened with the latest version? is there a bug?

    This definitely shouldn’t happen. I just did a quick test on my test site, and I wasn’t able to reproduce this problem.

    If this problem happens only after a few refreshes, then I suspect the problem is happening because of some kind of caching. that might just load an older version of some files.

    What I recommend trying is a plugin/theme conflict test:

    to see if this caching is done either by the theme or a plugin.

    If you have server side caching, and/or PHP cache, I recommend temporarily turning them off during the plugin/theme conflict test.

    Hi Ramona, thank you for your explanation, i just updated to the latest version 3.4.1.8 and no more problems, it’s working now even after refreshing more than 5 times.
