    Dear developer,

    thanks for the great plugin! I have one problem and can’t figure out why. The plugin works on desktop, but when I try to subscribe on mobile it tells me “Something went wrong, please try again!”. Shouldn’t it be the same link? I already tried using a new api key, but unfortunately that didn’t work.

    Hope you’re well.

    I can replicate it on your website but I can’t replicate on my test site. So first of all, can you tell me the settings of “Email collection module” for your popup?

    Then can you try conflict tests? Especially if you are using any mobile purpose plugin can you deactivate them and try again?

    Thanks for the quick response, hope you are well too!

    Settings are:
    Mailchimp
    api key: ******
    automatically opt-in new users to the mailing list: yes
    choose mailing list: decryptoed
    choose interest group: No group

    I just deactivated some of the plugins and found a conflict. Your plugin works as soon as I deactivate the tagDiv Mobile Theme, which is part of the Newspaper Theme.

    Is there any chance we can get them to work together? Cause I wouldn’t want to choose.

    Encountered one more problem related to the conflict: No longer show pop-up after Pop-up is closed for x days does not work on mobile. The pop-up shows every time.
