• Dear Mailpoet Team,

I am also getting this error. I have configured SMTP with my hosting provider as I have got the email plan with them.

I have placed 3 subscription forms on my website.
I am trying to test the plugin by subscribing to my website through the subscription form, but I am getting this error.

Earlier it was working fine, but after the update to latest version 3.52.0, the plugin doesn’t allow to subscribe. I can see the user is created in the subscription list with status of “unconfirmed”. Can you please help me out here? I am trying to test out the plugin, and if it works fine then might go for premium.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @irkuanirakras,

This error message means that your SMTP method is not working as expected.

The visitors are able to subscribe, but they won’t receive the confirmation email to confirm their subscription and become “Subscribed”.

Can you please try to send a preview or a test email using the SMTP sending method?

    Hi Team,

My SMTP is working totally fine. I am able to use other email subscribers plugin without difficulty, and its sending the emails too.

I am getting this error while trying to subscribe to my website. I am trying to test the plugin, but it doesn’t work. It was working earlier, but suddenly it stopped workin.
