    Hi, Upgrade process keeps failing. I get the error message

    Something went wrong with AJAX request…

    Your upgrade was crashed, please contact with support

    This has been a persistent problem for weeks. I really need help

    Try to do a “Site Health” in WP Tools.

    Look at your Browser web Console if you have any JavaScript errors during the upgrade.
    Mouse right button click, select Inspect then Console in the Menu.

    What lines do you get before the error message?

    From which UM version do you upgrade?
