    Hi,
    I am not sure what happens, but I try to connect my woo with FB and I get this error ”
    Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook!

    Please try again.
    ” I spend few hours all the options find on the internet to fix this but without success, I am not sure what is wrong.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks for sharing the issue you are seeing with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. Can you share more about what you are seeing, please? Has there been a connection between your shop and Facebook before or is this the initial configuration?

    I recommend also checking for any PHP error logs to see if they reveal anything else about what is going on. I also recommend reviewing the plugin documentation to ensure the configuration process is correct.

    Hi,

    Yes, was already connected, but now I fixed the issue after I find a solution from another person from your team.

    I uninstall the plugin, clean the tables on DB and then reconnect without Instagram shops.
