    Hi @petgelnet,

Regrettably, the “Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook” message which Facebook returns in relation to connection issues can be quite generic and be caused by multiple things. The most common reason we’ve seen for this error I’ve referenced below for you.

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#i-am-getting-an-oops-something-went-wrong-error-how-can-i-connect-to-my-facebook-account

During the connection process did you also make sure to enable the Manage business extension setting. I’ve seen that being disabled also cause this error message.

If you visit WooCommerce > Status > Logs to you see any logs for the Facebook plugin which have been generated there you could share with us?

    Hi Stuart,

Thank you for your response. Manage business extension option is required and I can’t close or open.

    Here is my logs:

    Hi @petgelnet,

The logs above does not seem to be related to the Facebook plugin (not 100% sure). Since you haven’t fully set up the FB sync yet, this error shouldn’t affect too much.

It looks like they are coming from a payment gateway.

As a next step, can you please check if any of the suggestions here (see link below) works for you?

    Keep us posted.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
