I’ve been attempting to connect my WooCommerce store to my Facebook account now for 4 months. It was connected and then the connection was lost. Now, it’s been impossible to get it back.

The initial message at the top of my WordPress admin area is:

Heads up! You’re ready to migrate to a more secure, reliable Facebook for WooCommerce connection. Please click here to reconnect!

When I click to reconnect, I go through that entire process. The final box within Facebook says “You’ve now linked WooCommerce Integration to Facebook.” When I click the “OK” button, I then get an error message with the WooCommerce logo at the top (and at the connect.woocommerce.com url):

“Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook! Please try again.”

I have been in touch with Facebook by email over the past 4 months. They keep offering ideas that do not help. I’ve been without the product connection now for 4+ months.

    Please help.

Yes, I have. They were unable to help. They said it was Facebook’s problem. Facebook says it’s WooCommerce’s problem. It’s a lovely Catch-22 of blame shifting that has left me without my products on Facebook for nearly 5 months now.

    Hi @erostad

Can you reply here with the interaction ID so we can tie this with your other support request, please? It would start 40 or 39.

    Thanks!
