May I ask if the current version of your Facebook plugin is 2.6.21? If not can you please update it to the latest version?

There is a Github issue that reported this behavior, the issue is still open and it is a high-priority bug, the Facebook for WooCommerce developers are working to fix it.

This issue is still being looked at by our developers, and there isn’t a permanent fix as of now. While developers are working on it, could you try the workaround that’s shared here to see if that helps?
