    Something went wrong when connecting to facebook!
    Could not create a new System User

    When I finish all steps found the above error

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    In this case, if you have logging turned on under Marketing > Facebook, try to connect again. If it errors, out, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and there should be a Facebook log in the dropdown on the right side of the page. Click to view that log, and if there is an error please copy and paste it here.

    Hi @nwdco,

    Thank you for this message – please check here for a solution; it lies in the Facebook App on Facebook’s side, be sure that WooCommerce has permission to access Facebook. If the App is already created and it is causing the issue, it might have to be re-created; in that case follow the steps here for removing the app App and recreating it.
