Hi there – I suspect the firewall plugin you have active may be part of the problem. Can you deactivate NinjaFirewall (WP Edition) and try connecting Facebook for WooCommerce again, please?

Given that you’re still seeing this issue I’d like to rule out any potential conflicts with plugins or your theme.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront https://woocommerce.com/storefront/?aff=10486&cid=1131038 and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. Then test to see if the issue is resolved.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

Please let us know how that goes.

Hello again.

I changed the value for “wc_facebook_external_business_id” in my options.php and then run the whole process again and now it seems that everything works ok.
