    Hello,

    I keep getting this problem while trying to connect to my Facebook page.

    Even I get a page says

    Once I click Done I get that screenshot above.

    I changed wc_facebook_external_business_id according to other posts but didn’t fix issue.

    Thank you for giving us all this information! Since the issue is that the system is not able to connect to Facebook at all (as it gives an error with connecting your account to Facebook) it is best to reset Facebook. This is different than simply changing the Facebook External Business ID.

    To reset Facebook completely, do the following:
    – If you have cache enabled please disable it and clear the cache.
    – Deactivate Facebook for WooCommerce under Plugins > All plugins, and then navigate to your WordPress options page??https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/options.php
    – Please clear the value for the following fields:

    wc_facebook_external_business_id?
    wc_facebook_system_user_id?
    wc_facebook_business_manager_id
    ?wc_facebook_merchant_access_token
    ?wc_facebook_page_access_token
    ?wc_facebook_page_id
    ?wc_facebook_pixel_id?

    If some of them are not there, or they are blank already, that is fine. Once that’s done, please re-activate Facebook for WooCommerce extension in Plugins > All Plugins and then click Get Started to re-connect to your Facebook Business Manager, select the same assets for Facebook Page, Pixel, and Catalog.
